As a Purebatchpep referrer, you earn a 20% commission on every approved sale made using your unique referral link or code. Your referred customers receive a 10% discount when they use your code.
If you refer another person who joins the Referral Program (a "sub-referrer"), you earn an additional 3% override commission on every approved sale made by that sub-referrer, for as long as they remain active in the program.
Commissions are calculated on the order subtotal (before shipping and any payment processing fees).
All sales are reviewed manually by our team before a commission is confirmed. A sale will show as Pending until payment has been verified, and will then be marked Approved. Only Approved commissions are eligible for payout.
If an order tied to your referral is cancelled, refunded, or charged back, the associated commission (and any related upline override) will be marked Cancelled / Refunded and will not be paid. If a commission was already paid out for an order that is later refunded, Purebatchpep reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from your next payout.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination from the Referral Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:
Purebatchpep may withhold, reverse, or claw back commissions resulting from fraudulent or abusive activity at any time.
Your referral link and code are unique to you and non-transferable. They are intended to be shared directly with potential customers (e.g., via social media, messaging apps, or word of mouth). Reselling, auctioning, or publishing your code on coupon/deal-aggregator sites without authorization is not permitted.
Approved commissions are paid out twice a month, on the 1st and 15th (or the next business day if that date falls on a weekend or holiday). Payouts are sent via the payment method you select at signup (Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo) to the account information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is accurate. Purebatchpep is not liable for payments sent to incorrect account details you provided. There is no minimum payout threshold, but Purebatchpep reserves the right to combine small balances into a future payout cycle.
Referrers are independent participants, not employees or contractors of Purebatchpep, and are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.
The personal information you provide (name, phone, address, email, and payment details) is used solely to administer your participation in the Referral Program — including identity verification, commission tracking, and sending payouts. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorized Purebatchpep personnel. You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting purebatchpep@gmail.com, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain financial records.
Purebatchpep may modify these terms, commission rates, or the Referral Program itself at any time, with changes effective upon posting to this page. You or Purebatchpep may terminate your participation in the program at any time. Approved, unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will still be paid out according to the normal payment schedule.
